Cindori is a privacy focused company. We value and respect everyone's right to privacy. We don't collect any more data than we need, and we do not share data with anyone else.
Overview
- Our apps are often predominately client-side, running on your computer
- Some functions in our apps, like checking for updates or activating your license, may contact our servers
- Features that contact our servers can often be turned off
Data Handling
We do not store your location or any other identifiable data on our servers.
Crash Logs: We collect crash logs using Sentry to help improve app stability and fix bugs. These logs contain technical information about app crashes but do not include personal or identifiable information. Sentry's use of this information is governed by their privacy policy.
In addition to Sentry, we collect information via Amplitude about what action you were taking leading up to the crash. These are extremely basic small bits of information, such as which view you were in and which button you clicked, and only limited to your actions within our app. Amplitudes's use of this information is governed by their privacy policy.
Payments
Cindori uses third-party services for payment processing. We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their privacy policy.

By using our apps and providing your information, you authorize us to collect, use, and store your information outside of the European Union.
